Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product descriptions, but errors may occur.

Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy. Shipping rates include Free Shipping for orders of $49.00 and above, Standard Shipping ($5.99) for orders between $0.00 and $49.00, and Expedited Shipping ($8.99). Delivery times are estimated between 10 to 20 days. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Cancellations and Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact service@minimalluxebands.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed, and you may need to refer to our Return Policy.
